KUZUSHI |
|
| |
From the right natural posture (migi shizentai) pull
Uke towards you with your right hand as you turn your body to the right,
making him advance his left foot. With your left hand holding his right
outer sleeve, pull him slightly upward so as to make him “float” -
breaking his balance to his right front corner (migi mae sumi). |

TSUKURI |
|
| |
Circle Uke’s waist with your right hand and turn into
Uke so your right foot is placed on the inner side of his right foot, a
little forward, and pointing in the same direction. Bring your left foot
backward until both feet are between his, bringing him into contact with
back corner of your right hip and buttock. Your right arm should be as
far around Uke's waist as possible along the belt.
NOTE: Be careful not to confuse this technique with O Goshi. You
should NOT raise your hips nor bend your body forward. |

KAKE |
|
| |
Throw Uke by twisting your hips from right to left,
pulling in the same direction with your left hand which is holding his
right outer sleeve and floating Uke over the point of your right hip.
Uke will fall as if he were thrown out from your hips and will land
directly in front of you. |
