KUZUSHI

 
  From a right natural posture (migi shizentai), pull Uke forward with your left hand while breaking Uke’s balance to his right front corner (migi mae sumi). Step forward with your left foot placing it in front of Uke's right foot. Your left hand should be pulling Uke's right sleeve as shoulder height (Uke's) and your right hand should be lifting Uke as you insert your right elbow into Uke's left armpit.  
     
 

TSUKURI

 
  Now straighten your right leg, turn your body to your left and extend your right leg across Uke’s lower abdomen and hips. As you extend your leg across Uke, you should be steering Uke strongly with your hands so that he is bent over your outstretched right leg.

Special Note: The move and placement is similar to Harai Goshi, but the power of O Guruma comes from the action of your right leg instead of your hip movement as in Harai Goshi. It also bears a resemblance to Ashi Guruma but in O Guruma the placement of your leg is waist-level instead of knee-level.
 
     
 

KAKE

 
  Then, by swinging your right leg back and up, lift Uke's feet and left from the mat and wheel him over and downward with both of your hands to the mat.

Uke revolves wheel-like around your right leg and lands in front of you.
